Good facility, convenient to downtown but does require a drive. Unlike downtown hotels parking is not an extra charge. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent front desk & housekepping staff.

The property is located in a very run down area of Omaha.

This is an older hotel that has had some remodeling done but needs more updates. The room was clean & comfortable and the staff was excellent. Complimentary bottled water was a plus!
